LEARNING MUSIC PRODUCTION ONLINE IS FLAWED
THE UNFORTUNATE TRUTH
Online music education has become structureless
Producers collect information without knowing how to use it
And ignore what really matters
BUILDING YOUR OWN PERSONALISED PROCESS
“After 7 years trying to figure out how to make music, enough was enough”
— Marco Liuzzi
without realising it
this is where producers diverge
Year 1
Year 2

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BUILD A PROCESS YOU TRUST
Marco Liuzzi
After 7 years of trying, Marco was stuck. He had the talent but couldn't bring it all together. 3 months later, with a new process he's now finishing his 4-track EP (Neural Connections), locked in a vinyl release, landed industry support on his debut track (played to 8k+ people), and built serious career momentum.
Mats Lorenzon
Mats was already an incredibly talented producer, with label releases, self-releases, and a unique creative sound. But he couldn't connect the dots between his ideas and finished tracks. We rebuilt his process from the ground up: cutting out what held him back and focusing on motivation and flow. Now, just two months later, he's nearly finished two full EPs and has more focus than ever.
Simon Graser
After 5+ years of trying everything, from formal education to online courses nothing quite stuck, until we started working together; now Simon has since become a rising talent to watch in the southern hemisphere, with notable tours through asia off the back of multiple EPs signed to labels the launch of his own record label 'Confide Records' & the growing success of his event series.
Before I joined the biggest issue I was facing was leaving most of my tracks after the creative phase was over, and rarely coming back to finish them.
I didn't think I was at the skill level required to finish tracks to a high standard, so I didn't even try to finish them.
Now, my workflow is a lot faster and more efficient. Instead of spending hours trying to be perfect, I've learnt to accept things and use my time to focus on higher payoff tasks within my process. This has also highlighted which parts of my production need improvement.
I have learnt a lot more than i expected to, Luca is a great teacher.

REPLACE PARAGRAPH TEXT
My name's Davin and Im a house producer living in Helsinki, Finland.
I've been following Luca online for some time and his personality/approach, the quality of his music, and technical "in-the-box level always resonated with me.l was having issues around finishing music, doubting my creative decisions, and staying stuck in the loop trap.
As someone who had finished handful of songs over 3 or 4 years, I really needed to arrange and finish more music, building momentum and belief in those skills. It forced me to confront my weaknesses and push through and finish music. If you're committed to making electronic music but find something about the process challenging. Id highly encourage you to sign up.
I used to jump straight in with a strong idea or sound in mind, but l'd often hit walls with arrangement, theory and lose the initial spark.
Now, I approach production more strategically: I have strong key ideas such as samples or signature sounds to use. Ideas come more quickly and have more intention with what I want create.
I've shifted from just chasing inspiration to building a repeatable workflow that keeps momentum going even when creativity stalls.
Just got my masters back the other week and am finishing lining up all my assets for the release! Wanted to thank Luca for the general motivation and words that have really pushed me through the project
@COOLKIDPETER
I have been making music for 5 years and always been a bit wishy washy with my process
I am good at creating, sampling, creative process, I have done a diploma of Music Production at SAE,
However, after some time I feel like I needed some more guidance and feedback on my tracks, rather than just watching general videos
Now im way more efficient in the way I make music, I feel like I have actual purpose in what I'm doing, and more confident with understanding what my tracks need
Lack of insight into other workflows meant that I didn't really have something to measure my own (or lack thereof) against.
Seeing how Luca managed things really helped to crystallise the processes that I should keep, change or hone. Also just being able to label things I was already doing or half-doing was really valuable.
A big confidence boost and being able to judge where l'm at on any given project. Also knowing that I can basically finish a track in a week or so.
MEET YOUR COACH
Hey, I’m Luca. Melbourne-based music producer, live performer and multi-instrumentalist, but more importantly I’ve spent the last 7+ years deep in the trenches coaching emerging electronic artists.
I work almost exclusively with intermediate to advanced producers, because that stage comes with a completely different set of problems; finishing tracks, trusting decisions, releasing music, and finding your place in the scene. This is what I know best
I’m not a prodigy. I wasn’t born musical.
I'm just a guy who spent years leaping over hurdle after hurdle.
I thought being "unique" meant doing everything myself.
Writing. Producing. Mastering. Artwork. Visuals. Promotion
I did them all.
Three humbling years later I had
A release I'd stumbled upon
6 tracks that already sounded dated
A few listens from highschool friends on facebook
... but I was obsessed (I have ADHD to thank for that)
My response? Quit uni, double down, work harder.
I went full time just making music and being unemployed
and in 2019 I caught a lucky break
A big artist remixing my track, on my first ever international label release
That meant opportunities actually started to roll in.
So 2020 I got really busy.
And in 2021 | hit a peak: international releases, collabs across Europe, signed to an agency, multiple vinyls including one on my dream label.
And then it all came crashing down.
I got slammed in the face and sobered the f* up by the cold, hard, truth.
I had creative potential.
I had the skill.
But I had no stability. No system.
No process to back it up.
So the success was short-lived.
Like a house built on sand.
That failure shaped me more than the wins ever did, because it taught me
Success isn't about talent.
Improvement isn't about grinding harder.
Stability only comes from process
———————————————————————————————————
Process is the piece that holds everything together.
It's your foundation, your compass, your liferaft.
Without it, you're lost in the chaos.
With it, every step compounds. You move forward. You progress.
Finishing music become your decision to make.
So here's your chance
This program is limited to 20 producers only.
So I can keep it intimate enough for everyone to get proper guidance.
Enrolments close 24 hours before it starts.
If you miss out, you miss out.
Don't waste your chance to save years of heartache
AND I TOOK THE LONG ROAD

FAQs
-
This is NOT for beginners.
It’s designed for intermediate to advanced music producers who are already comfortable in their DAW and can make ideas, but want a clearer, more reliable way to finish tracks and release their music.
If you’ve been producing for a while but feel stuck in the “almost there” stage, this is for you.
-
YouTube is great for techniques but not great for process.
Learning via YouTube is actually just long term trial and error. Coping others, realising it doesn’t work for you & learning from your mistakes.
This is the downfall of YouTube as nothing is personal, which is the most important part. Play It Loud will give you a process which will actually make YouTube more applicable (and saves hundreds of hours in the process). -
I like to think in “sessions” rather than hours.
At a minimum, you’ll want to commit to:
2× group calls per week (around 3 hours total)
2 focused sessions in your DAW to apply what you’re learning.
That’s the baseline.
The more you put in, the more you’ll get out, but this is designed to fit around real life, not compete with it. The goal is to make the time you do have in the studio more focused, more confident, and far more efficient.
-
Refund guarunteed. All I ask is you give it a crack.
If you show up to week 1, complete the tasks and honestly it’s just not right for you, or unforeseen circumstances mean you simply can’t attend, refund is not a problem.
-
Yes. All sessions will be recorded and uploaded. If you miss a sessions you can catch up no problem.
However live attendance is strongly advised. -
No.
The process you’ll make goes beyond any DAW.Its more about sequencing what you’re already doing in a way that makes sense for you.
Any examples will be shown in Ableton Live, but principles are non-specific.
(That being said, I am comfortable with many DAWs (including logic, pro-tools, cubase, reason, FL and more) -
If you’re still learning to navigate a DAW, this is not for you.
If you can make full loops, you’re comfortable in your DAW, maybe you’ve attempted arrangements but still unsure, but most of all ready to apply yourself - It’ll be a ride but you’ll learn a lot. This is for you. -
That’s totally fine. Me neither.
Different genres require different processes thats true, this program is all about adapting to your own style & sound, creating your process around your genre.
-
Even better. If you’re advanced in terms of techniques, thats exactly who this is for.
If you know how to make music but feel stuck in the bigger picture or just need some community & accountability, welcome aboard.
If you’re finishing tracks regularly & feel confident creating, arranging, mixing and releasing music without friction, and your process is dialled, you may not need this.
-
Same here! No problem, as long as you know how to use a DAW.
Your process will need to be adapted around how you incorporate your hardware.
I would recommend multi-tracking so you still have mixing flexibility. If so, all good. Hardware only? Email me lets chat.
-
I will tailor the calls to be the best for everyone to be able to attend.
I want you to be able to actually make the calls, if you cant make it I’m happy to run an extra session.
READY TO START MAKING MUSIC ON YOUR OWN TERMS?
You have two choices:
OPTION 1: KEEP DOING WHAT YOU’RE DOING
Keep producing without a clear process. Maybe you improve, maybe you don’t. Keep hoping the next track is the one that makes everything click. Keep starting from scratch every time you open the DAW. Keep telling yourself that more effort will eventually turn into momentum.
Rely on trial & error, make progress in bursts and spend years fixing your mistakes.
OPTION 2: BUILD A REAL PROCESS & FINISH MUSIC
Create a workflow you trust & know exactly what you’re doing every time you sit down. Finish tracks without forcing it and enjoy the process instead of fighting it. Start making music with clarity, intention & structure.
Let production become an extension of creative expression rather than a chore.
SPOTS LIMITED TO 20 PRODUCERS ONLY.
This is for serious producers who are ready to take an active approach and turn unfinished ideas into music they’re genuinely proud to put their name on.
